Eyal is best known as a past Chairman of the Regional Advisory Council of EMEA, a member of the Board of Directors of Baker Tilly International – the 10th largest network of independent accounting firms in the world – and a member of the Auditing Standards and Procedures Committee of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Israel, since 1999.
30 years ago, Eyal became the youngest senior lecturer in Israel, lecturing as an academic in the accounting department of the College of the Management. He became an inspiration for so many of us -right up until today.

Menachem Cohen, CPA, Consultant to Baker Tilly Israel, has extensive experience in public companies, local authorities and government corporations, industrial and commercial companies and corporate taxation.
Menachem earned his CPA license in 1975, after graduating in 1973 from the Accounting and Economics Faculty of Bar-Ilan University.
In 1965 Menachem joined Reuveni, Hartuv, Tapper, a member of a Pannell Kerr Forster (PKF). In 1978 he became a partner.
Menachem serves as internal auditor of Brimag Digital Age, a public company and as a peer reviewer since 2005, on behalf of the Peer Review Institute.

Guy is a tax expert. Guy has expertise in representing taxpayers in many aspects of taxation including the laws for encouraging capital investments, international tax, Real estate taxation, tax planning and consulting, taxations of partnerships, restructuring taxation, foreign workers’ tax, etc.
Guy is highly experienced in representations in tax assessments discussions, providing legal opinions, and receiving preliminary approvals from the tax authorities. Guy also has high expertise in processes of voluntary disclosures.
Guy holds an L.L.B and L.L.M with distinction. In addition, Guy holds a BA in accounting and economy. Guy holds a CIA degree from the US internal inspectors chamber. Guy graduated courses of inspectors and investigators of the Israeli Tax Authority. Guy specializes in all fields of taxes for individuals and companies.
Guy was in the past a Senior Coordinator in the national Supervisors Unit in the Israeli Tax authority and was in charge of some of the largest cases of taxpayers in Israel.
Prior to joining Bakertilly, Guy was a partner in one of the leading law firms in Israel in the field of taxation. There, Guy represented both, at the regional and supreme courts, several of the most important tax appeals in the last few years.
Guy is a lecturer in the Israeli chamber of accountants and other professional forums. Additionally, he was a lecturer in courses in tax. He also authored several papers published in leading professional journals that were even cited by the court.
