Itzik became a Certified Public Accountant in 1983. He received his bachelor degree from the Accounting and Economics faculty at Tel- Aviv University.
Itzik is a member of the Committee for Accounting Principles and financial reporting of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Noam Sabo, CPA (MBA) is a senior partner in Baker Tilly Israel
Noam is a certified public accountant since 1986, a graduate of the Economics and Accounting Faculty of the University of Tel Aviv.
Noam has Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), specializing in taxes, with honors, from the Ono Academic College.
Noam is experienced in accounting and taxation, auditing information systems and risk management.
Noam has many years of experience in providing opinions on customer – bank relationships, due diligence as well as opinions in various other fields.
Noam Sabo, CPA (MBA) is a senior partner in Baker Tilly and the head of the accounting field in the firm.

Shaul is a licensed accountant since 1986, and is included in the list of mediators in accordance with Regulation 2 of the court regulations.
Shaul graduated from the Accounting and Economics Faculty of the Tel – Aviv University (BA, 1985), graduate of training course in mediation at the Israeli Center for Negotiation and Mediation (2004) and the guided experience plan in mediation on behalf of the Ministry of Justice (2005).
Shaul is highly experienced in financial accounting, taxation, due diligence and mediation. He specializes in auditing public and multinational companies accompanied by public and private offerings. He is an expert in agricultural co-operative societies criticism.

Miguel Aljanati, CPA (LLM) is a partner in Baker Tilly. He is the head of Internal Audit and the Tax Consulting departments.
Miguel is a CPA since 1982, graduate of the Montevideo Uruguay Republic University.
Miguel has extensive experience on internal audit and risk management, Sarbanes & Oxley implementations, corporate audit, tax, accounting, local authorities, due diligence, public institutions and non-profit organizations.
Since 2001, Miguel is a member of the Israel Internal Auditors Organization – IIA.

Sivan CPA is partner with Baker Tilly in Israel. Prior to her becoming a partner Sivan was a Senior Audit Manager.

Partner, Strategy division manager
Yaki acts as the head of Baker Tilly Strategy Consulting Division. Yaki has over 8 years of experience in business strategy and market analysis. Prior to Baker Tilly Yaki worked as a manager in a global business consulting and market research firm, and delivered business strategy projects for global and local firms while managing a global team of consultants.
Yaki has a B.A in economics and management from the Technion and a M.B.A from IDC, Herzlyia.
Beny Ackerman is a partner and the head of the Risk Management and Forensic Audit fields in Baker Tilly Israel.
Graduate of the Faculty of Industry & Management (1980) Beny holds a B.Sc in Economics and Business Administration from the Technion (The Israel Institute of Technology). He also obtained an MA (1992) in public administration specializing in internal and public auditing from the University of Haifa.
He was a member of the Israeli Police Force and held senior command positions in the Investigations and Intelligence Divisions. He retired in 2010, after 27 years of service, as a Chief Superintendent.
Served as the head of the Fraud Investigation Unit of the Israeli Police Forces Beny has extensive experience in intelligence and investigation. He is an expert in managing complex financial investigations, in Israel and abroad and of systems analysis and the detection of failures in corporations and companies both in the public and the private sectors.
Combining many years of experience in police intelligence & investigation with the execution and management of internal audit work in public, private and government offices, beny leads the firms professional teams throughout investigative audit projects. Benny has served as the internal auditor of public companies, and has extensive experience in internal and forensic auditing in the banking system, government companies, public & private companies involved in security, manufacturing, the automobile sector, real estate and the food industry. He has also had experience with government departments and local authorities.
Benny is also member of the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) and the Association of Internal Auditors.
Menachem Cohen, CPA, Consultant to Baker Tilly Israel, has extensive experience in public companies, local authorities and government corporations, industrial and commercial companies and corporate taxation.
Menachem earned his CPA license in 1975, after graduating in 1973 from the Accounting and Economics Faculty of Bar-Ilan University.
In 1965 Menachem joined Reuveni, Hartuv, Tapper, a member of a Pannell Kerr Forster (PKF). In 1978 he became a partner.
Menachem serves as internal auditor of Brimag Digital Age, a public company and as a peer reviewer since 2005, on behalf of the Peer Review Institute.

Kfir Imbermann, Adv. is a manager of the tax department in Baker Tilly Israel.
Kfir holds an LLB in Commercial, Tax & Intellectual Property Law and an MBA in marketing, both with honors.
Kfir is an experienced Tax and business advisor who specializes in providing both domestic and international tax and legal advice to vast clients. Kfir advise to corporates and individuals regarding tax aspects, corporate taxation, tax exposures and tax planning along with unique legal and commercial qualities which gained through Kfir’s experience working at leading tax departments.
Kfir seeks for perfect balance between professional work and great interpersonal relationships which conducts outstanding performance and service.
