Tax optimization, incentive laws benefits and grants

The current period requires prudent and tailored tax planning of corporate taxation, taxation of the entrepreneur and taxation of the dealer who has just opened his business. These are necessary conditions for the survival and competitiveness of any business regardless of its size and character.

Assessments and adjustment of tax activity to current tax policy will make it possible to prevent over-taxation, double taxation and exposure to tax penalties resulting from lack of foresight and planning. In addition, the 2019 reports should be adapted to the appropriate tax policy for the crisis. All of these activities can be entrusted to our Tax Department.

We are here to assist you in:

  • Recovery of benefits due from Encouragement laws and grants from the state – these are updated in the news every morning and it is important for us to help each customer proactively, until maximum benefits are obtained.
  • Initiate closing of assessments with the Tax Authority, while taking advantage of the crisis for possible facilitations in the management of the procedure
  • Deduction of exceptional capital expenditures incurred as a result of the crisis
  • Moving to cash flow basis if possible, to ease company’s cash flow
  • Adoption of a policy to deduct bad debts as a current expense based on management’s assessment of debts recognized as income and not yet paid
  • Consolidation of tax years in industrial companies
  • Changing and adapting structures in the regulatory business reality to obtain tax improvement and performance support
